BIO
Dr. Tricia Seymour-Barrier is an abstract texture artist and
transpersonal psychotherapist based in Texas, whose work
explores the mystical and intuitive dimensions of human
experience. A lifelong creative, she grew up surrounded by
encouragement to explore art, music, dance, theatre, crafting, and
baking—an early foundation that shaped her expressive,
multidimensional approach to life and art.
Though her professional path led her into entrepreneurship and
psychotherapy, creativity remained a constant thread woven
through everything she pursued. Now retired, she is devoted fully
to her artistic practice, embracing the freedom to experiment,
learn, and create without limits.
A self-taught artist who continually seeks growth through classes
and ongoing exploration, Tricia brings curiosity and intuition to
each piece she creates. Her work blends color, texture, and
movement to evoke a sense of wonder—inviting viewers into
quiet conversation with the unseen. Each painting is a meditation,
a journey inward, and an invitation to pause and reflect.
Since 2023, she has sold more than 100 original artworks and
connected with collectors who view art as an evolving experience
rather than a final destination. In 2025, her work appeared in over
30 exhibitions, with upcoming international showings planned in
2026 across the Netherlands, Luxembourg, Switzerland, Germany,
Crete, and Monaco.
Driven by a passion for connection and discovery, Tricia creates
art that sparks curiosity, opens dialogue, and honors the mystery
at the heart of human existence. She is grateful for every person

Exploring the Mystical Through Mixed Media Art
An American abstract artist, she investigates the threshold between the visible and the invisible — where color, texture, and spirit converge. Informed by her background inTranspersonal Spiritual Psychology, her paintings emerge from an intuitive dialogue with Source, transforming pigment and matter into meditative explorations of energy and perception.
Her palette flows between the contemplative depths of blue and purple to the ethereal expansiveness of pinks, teals and yellows, evoking both memory and transformation. Through layered texture and rhythmic gesture, each composition harmonizes instinctive movement with refined control.
Her abstraction becomes a spiritual language, speaking through vibration, light, and stillness. Each work offers a refined encounter, inviting viewers to pause, to feel, and to glimpse the sacred dimensions that extend beyond the ordinary.
